Thermal Energy Machining - (TEM)
A very fast and highly economical method of deburring and deflashing a wide variety of materials, especially components with multiple burrs or large areas of casting flash and medium to very high production volume.

Our patented, Thermal Energy Machining process uses intense heat to deburr and/or deflash workparts of all shapes and sizes. Parts to be processed are sealed in a chamber that is pressurized with a mixture of natural gas and oxygen. The mixture is ignited by a spark plug, creating an intense burst of energy, that completely burning away burrs and flashing without harming the remaining workpiece.
