(NYSE: KMT) to acquire seven businesses including Extrude Hone, Tricon, Landis, the Biel, Switzerland business of Kennametal Infrastructure and the Koblenz, Germany and Milan and Bellusco, Italy businesses of Kennametal Stellite. Extrude Hone’s AFM Process Evolves with Aerospace Industry
