Rapid and cost-effective deburring
The T-Series includes the T250, T350 and T450 thermal deburring machines.
They provide fast and reliable solution for removing all internal and external burrs simultaneously in a single operation.
They are designed to accommodate medium- to large- production volumes, as well as handle a variety of difficult to deburr workpieces.
Available in multiple chamber sizes with maximum operating pressure of 24bar* and cycle time of 30 to 60 seconds*.

The T series comes with a heritage after the well-known P Series. Originally TEM Extrude Hone started with the take over in 2000 of Bosch Surftran Division by Extrude Hone followed by a license agreement with Bosch Rexroth AG in 2003. Most recently, in April 2018, Bosch Rexroth AG also transferred TEM customer service to Extrude Hone.

The T series bring work horse capabilities with some key new features that make the difference. The working area is now totally isolated from the power units and service access is top of the class. Latest technology like the use of a mass flow control permits precise mixture and extremely low pressure down to 2 bar in order to process plastics.
